3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through our system are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are as displayed at the time of order and are subject to change.
  • Payments must be made via the methods supported by our system.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms like Uber Eats. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software used in our services are the property of Noura Restaurant or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noura Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests.
